Wiggies Ice Cream brought the team together for our 2026 Business Planning & Team Alignment Workshop—a meaningful opportunity to reflect on where we are, set our direction, and prepare for the year ahead.
The workshop allowed us to discuss our business goals, priorities, and plans while aligning each team’s efforts toward a common direction. It was also a valuable time to share ideas, address challenges, and strengthen collaboration across the organization.
